Location

The Bio21 Institute is located on the northern side of Flemington Rd, adjacent to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, at the western edge of the main University of Melbourne, Parkville campus.

From the airport:

Take the Tullamarine Freeway and then the Citylink tollway from the airport towards the city. Exit off Citylink at Flemington Road and follow the signs to the city. As you drive in along Flemington Road stay in the left hand service road (no tramlines part). You will pass the Childrens’ hospital and Gatehouse Street on your left. The next T- junction also has traffic lights. This is Park Drive. Turn left into Park Drive and almost immediately right into the gated entrance of the veterinary precinct. To enter the carpark, push and hold the intercom button at the gate until someone answers. When the gate opens follow the road around to the back of the VRI lecture theatre where there is a car park. You can walk back around to the Bio21 main entrance on Flemington Road.

Please note that car parking at Bio21 is only available by pre-arrangement.
